Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, make a purchase from, or use services listed in this Website (https://www.allelements.com) and all our subdomains at *.allelements.com collectively referred to as our “sites”.

At All Elements, we’re serious about the security of the data and the protection of the privacy of our users. All Elements will maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed for the protection, confidentiality, and integrity of your Data. We continually take steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, manipulation, or destruction.

Information we collect and receive.

When you use All Elements, you send pieces of data to All Elements; this can be a name, an e-mail address, or other information you want to keep a record of in our application. We use this information for internal analytical purposes to improve the product for you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

All Elements may collect and receive your data and other information in a variety of ways:

Customer Data.

Content and information submitted by users of the Services is referred to in this policy as “Customer Data.” As further explained below, Customer Data is controlled by the organization or other third party entities that creates the content (the “Customer”). Where All Elements collects or processes Customer Data, it does so on behalf of the Customer. Customers or individuals granted access to a All Elements Account (“Authorized Users”) routinely submit Customer Data to All Elements when using the Services.

A user of the services is able to enter information into their user profile such as name, email address, photo and information related to their position in their organization (i.e information about their manager and/or direct reports). If you are joining an organization and creating a user account on the Service or were invited to use the platform, you are a “User”.

Hosted Data. When a Customer uses, or Authorized User interacts with, the Services, we may collect, process, and store any data that is created, posted, uploaded, stored, displayed, transmitted, or submitted on or through the Services (collectively, “Hosted Data”), as a function of rendering the Services. Hosted Data may contain Personal Data to the extent a Client or Authorized User discloses Personal Data on or through the Services. All Elements is a passive recipient and takes no active part in collecting or storing Hosted Data. Except to the extent necessary to render the Services or related support for the Services, All Elements does not purposefully access any Hosted Data. For example, if you set a reminder for a task owned by you or another authorized user, the Services passively processes such reminders for the purpose of rendering the Services, and we will only access such information to the extent necessary to provide the Services and related support for the Services.

Sync Data. All Elements makes tools available to integrate data from Third Party Services used by Customer into the Services (“Sync Data”). For example, a user may integrate 1:1 meetings in All Elements with the user’s corporate calendar. When the Services are integrated with a Third Party Service for Sync Data, we will receive all data selected by the Customer to sync with the Services. You will have the ability to grant or revoke permissions for All Elements to access your Third-Party data. All Elements will not store, create, modify, or delete any of your Third Party Services data without your consent.

Log data. All Elements records certain requests and transactions in log files. This log data is used for troubleshooting, statistics, analytics, quality assurance, and monitoring system security and can be analyzed to that end. All Elements can publish anonymous statistics under the condition that no personally identifiable information can be derived from such statistics.

Communication between you and All Elements.

If you send All Elements a message, this message can be stored to process it, to compile statistical information, to improve our services and support, or to get in touch with you.

When you use All Elements, the service can store cookies on your computer. Cookies are little pieces of information that can help identify your browser and that can store information for future visits, e.g. your language preferences. All Elements uses cookies to track usage, to improve ease-of-use and the overall user experience, and to manage advertising inventories.

Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You may, however, configure your browser at any time in such a manner that no cookies are saved on your computer or that an indication always appears when you receive a new cookie.

All Elements’ services may in principle be used without accepting cookies, although individual functions may thereby be limited.

You can choose to disable cookies but this may limit your ability to use All Elements’ service.

Data you delete.

You can delete your data wherever our application lets you to delete from at any time. When deleting data, that information will be deleted from the All Elements application databases but may be archived in some other form for internal analytical purposes to improve the product for you. Data created with subscription accounts will not be deleted as long as the subscription remains active. Should the subscription expire, the deletion rules mentioned above apply to all data associated to the account after 30 days of expiry.

Inactive accounts.

All Elements can delete user-accounts if they remain inactive (i.e. not accessed) for 1 year or longer.

Unauthorized access.

All Elements implements several mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to accounts. User accounts are protected by passwords. You should choose a secure password and ensure its confidentiality to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Calendar integration.

You can connect All Elements with your corporate calendar provided through Third Party Calendar Services like Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to make the scheduling of 1:1 meetings even easier and more efficient.

You may provide us explicit permission to integrate All Elements interfaces to access your calendar. Once integrated, your corporate calendar is accessible via their respective interfaces in All Elements by you and anyone who wants to schedule a meeting with you in your account. All Elements will only read and display your availability data to schedule meetings and will create meetings in your Third Party calendar service pertaining to All Elements events. All Elements will not display your meeting details such as meeting title, place of meeting, or who else is invited to your meeting. All Elements will not create, modify, or delete any calendar events and meetings that are not created through our interfaces.

All Elements supports the leading payment processing provider, Stripe. You can find their privacy policies here: Stripe policy. To make payments as easy and user-friendly as possible, All Elements sends your name and e-mail address to Stripe during a payment process. All this information would be requested by the provider anyway. We do not store your credit card information in our system.

All Elements may share personal information with other companies or individuals only in the following limited circumstances: (i) All Elements has your consent; (ii) All Elements has good faith that there is a legal obligation to share the data; (iii) All Elements needs to access or share the data to protect the security of the service or of others users’ data; (iv) All Elements needs to access or share the data to protect All Elements’s rights and property or to enforce the Terms of Service.

If we carry out analyses, we shall store Your Data until the analysis has been concluded. If we store Your Data on the basis of a contractual relationship with you, these data will remain stored for at least the duration of the contractual relationship and at most for the duration of the limitation periods within which any claims may be brought by or against us, or for the duration of statutory or contractual duties of retention.
